MEDIA & PRODUCTION MATERIALS

Headshots

We will use your headshot in our promotional materials leading up to the competition and our competition program book.​

• Option 1: Arrange for a complimentary session with our photographer, John Viscosi

  • Contact him to set up an appointment at (518) 762-2780.

  • John will send us the photo you choose.

  • The photos taken during the session are the property of the Organization, and you may not use them for your own purpose without the Organization’s permission.

•  Option 2: Submit your own headshot.

  • The photo must be a color headshot (head and shoulders) in front of a solid or non-distracting background.

  • The photo does not need to be taken by a professional. But if it is, you must include the photographer’s written permission that the photo may be reproduced for this purpose.

  • The file must be at least 300 dpi with a resolution of 630x450 pixels in JPEG, TIFF, or PNG format.

  • Email your file to entries@fultonmontgomerymao.org with the subject line "2023 MISS Headshot." Include the photographer’s release, if applicable.

 

Media & Production Google Form

• If you are using background music for your talent, email a cut version of the track (90 seconds) to production@fultonmontgomerymao.org "2023 MISS Talent Track."

 

JUDGES' PAPERWORK

• You must submit a Social Impact Statement and a Resume for the judges to review before your private interview.  Download the instructions below. (Please note, the downloads say 2022, these are correct.)

• Submit all your judges' paperwork as two separate PDFs. Email your submission to entries@fultonmontgomerymao.org with the subject line "2023 MISS Judges' Paperwork."

 

AD & SPONSOR PAGES

We encourage you to ask your friends, family, and local business supporters to show their support for you with a booster or ad page in our program book. Download the form here to share with your supporters.

 

CONTRACTS

You must submit both of these contracts to compete in our local.

 

State & Local Application

• Download, print, scan, and submit both the agreement and the scholarship rules along with the required proof.

• Please review the 2023 Miss Checklist and follow the instructions CAREFULLY.

• If you still have questions after reading the checklist and the instruction pages, please let us know.

• Email the completed contract, scholarship rules, and proof to entries@fultonmontgomerymao.org with the subject line "2023 MISS MAO Contract"

The 2023 Miss Fulton County Contract

• Complete and submit the local contract by completing the Google form linked here

• While completing the form, you will be prompted to download and review our Year of Service Terms and our Local Scholarship Rules.

• If you have to submit proof of eligibility, email it to entries@fultonmontgomerymao.org with the subject line "2023 MISS Local Proof." Most of you will not need to include this additional proof.

 

REGISTRATION

DUE 01/02/23

 

• To compete in any Miss America Local, you must be registered with Miss America and pay a $35 registration fee (once per season). You can register here.

• After you've registered, go to the Miss America Members site and register to compete at Miss Fulton County 2023, this fee is $75.

• The Miss Fulton County Organization will reimburse the $75 local registration fee after you compete with us.
